Culture Values Project EU

The project on EU-Level is based on the research in six countries on the topics described at the pages “Overview” and “Targets”.

Based on Managing Diversity and the Balanced Scorecard an insight onto the current state of integration in these companies will be gained. By using a target-orientated survey the employees’ opinion will be inquired. A further step includes the collection of topic relevant data. Resulting from these, different measures will be prepared to improve the employees’ satisfaction. Consequently the management and the focus group will decide which measurement will be implemented. The whole process will be coached and the results evaluated. As a final step all data gained from the process in the three companies will be collected and inserted into a new model concerning Human Resource Management.

The proposal was submitted on 10th May 2007 to the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Union. The Evaluation shows that the Project reached the threshold in all, but missed one criteria with a half point. But we have been invited to re-submit the proposal with a few corrections.

Together with research partners from Austria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary Lithuania and Romania the pilot-projects will be realised in three companies in each country. Here you find a list of the research-partners.

On the possible event of an agreement, the project could be launched at the beginning of 2009. We hope you understand, that we can't upload the full proposal to this website during the evaluation of the Commission of the European Union.
