- To preserve Data for the further development of models in the relevant fields of research integration, Managing Diversity, organisation- and occupational psychology, workplace health promotion and sustainability management
- To generate additional knowledge about integration processes in companies
- To realise pilot projects with interdisciplinary research partners from different countries in the sense of applied research
- To get new insights through the realisation and comparison of different measures in companies of different countries
- To design a “Culture Values Balanced Scorecard” based on the perception of Managing Diversity
- To construct a model which can be used as a Human Resources module for integration in small and medium sized companies of different industries
- To build of an EU-wide network on accumulation and dissemination of knowledge in the field of Managing Diversity and integration in companies
Targets on the Company Level
- To formulate effect indicators and systems of key data in the field of employees plurality
- To generate added value through conscious and sustainable handling of cultural, ethnological and socio-economic knowledge
- To implement communicational structures and information for the use and dissemination of knowledge and their management
- To improve social interactions and relations within the employees
- To advance integration and job-satisfaction (motivation, identification, engagement, willingness to perform) on the level of the employees
- To reduce absenteeism and fluctuation of employees and to increase the work quality
The definition of concrete and revisable targets on company level will be possible only after the initial meeting with the management.
